We undertake the formation and registration of your society under the Co-operative Act with the Deputy-Registrar of Co-Operative Societies. We provide well-qualified and trained society managers with vast working experience with co-operative housing and/ or commercial societies. Their services could be either full- time or part-time according to the requirement of the society. Their activities are monitored by our office and necessary support is provide to them to fulfill their obligation efficiently.
The duties of a society manager include the following.
We provide billing and accounting services on a monthly and quarterly basis. We have our own software for in-house accounting and also do on-site accounting work. We have atie-up with ‘Adda Apartment’ for online accounting system, where members can access their details. This system has a web access as well as it is a Mobile app.
In case a member becomes a persistence defaulter of society dues, the society can initiate action against him-/-her for recovery of dues under Sec – 101 of MCS Act 1960. We manage entire proceedings for the filing of an application under Sec-101 and obtaining recovery certificate from the concerned authority. We also handle the further procedure of recovery to be conducted by the recovery office after receipt of recovery certificate. We have a lot of experience and have managed to recover huge outstanding dues owed to - multiple societies.
We are experienced professionals in the matter of Deemed Conveyance under subsection 11 of the Maharashtra Ownership Flats Regulation of the promotion of construction, sale, management,and transfer Act 1963. We have successfully obtained the orders for more than 50 societies in Mumbai and Mumbai suburb. We are handling the entire procedure of deemed conveyance, starting from obtaining anorder to transfer of the property card. The society need not engage multiple people/ agencies for different society requirement.
